Malforin Mac Baloubet offers the bloodlines of 2 SPSS ELITE stallions, the notable sires of sports and jumping ponies, Macno Carwyn and Carregcogh Bleddyn.  This superb competition pony combines athleticism and an exceptional temperament.  He is the first SPSS stallion to have 3 full marks on his grading sheet, scoring 10s for his free and ridden jumping and 20/20 for his temperament – ‘totally calm, focused and attentive’.  Maco was runner up at the 2007 SPSS Stallion Grading (with the good score of 86.79%). 

 
This promising young stallion was born and bred in Switzerland.  He was imported into England in 2006 where he started his show jumping career with 12 year old Tim Wilks.  He successfully completed his BSJA assessment in Oct 2006. Maco’s goals for 2008 are the Newcomer and Foxhunter finals at HOYS.  Although Maco’s career will be focused on show jumping, his elastic paces, natural balance and obedience, combined with the bloodlines he carries make him an excellent sports pony sire.

Maco's sire, Machno Carwyn, has recently joined the SPSS Elite stallions list via frozen semen having proved himself as an outstanding show jumper winning individual and gold medals for Switzerland at the Pony European Championships.  Machno Carwyn was bred in Wales by Meirion Jones who also owns his sire the SPSS Elite stallion Carregcoch Bleddyn.
