Moorhey Tomahawk is a 15.2hh Pure bred Leopard Spotted Appaloosa Stallion who is standing in 2010 as a "walk in" stallion at Country Farm Stud.  He is

well known & versatile - a true all round Sports Horse Stallion.  He has the most fantastic temperament, drop dead gorgeous looks & perfect conformation.  To add to all that, he has successes in Showing, Sports horse Classes, young Event Horse Classes, BSJA Showjumping & BD Dressage. He is the proven sire of a HOYS winner, numerous Showing & Sports Horse Champions, as well as Showjumpers & Dressage horses.

Performance

Show Jumping - He has substantial BSJA winnings, showing a superb technique over a fence which he passes onto all his offspring. He is both bold & careful with plenty of scope.

Dressage - He has almost 200 BD points, gained winning at Elementary level. In 2009, he won the Individual Elementary Section at the BD Home Internationals at Rowallan.  Prior to this he had regularly qualified for the Regionals at Novice and Elementary as well as being 2nd at Novice level in the 2003 National Championships and a top ten placing in the 2006 Open Combined Training Championships.

Sports Horse - As both a 4 & 5 year old he won numerous Ridden Sports Horse Classes & qualified for the prestigious Burghley Young Event Horse Final at Burghley.

Showing - Numerous Ridden & In Hand Championships and he has been BAPS Supreme Champion on many occasions

Progeny - He is the proven sire of a HOYS winner, numerous Showing & Sports Horse Champions, as well as Show jumpers & Dressage horses. See below progeny page for more details.
