Sire:

Waikiki of Wadacre was exported to South Africa at the end of 2008 but is still co-owned by the Wadacre Stud. He was approved by the SAWHS in April 2009. Waikiki is a grandson of the famous Weltmeyer and from his dam, State Premium mare, Ballerina, is also a grandson of the Hannoverian Bolero. Although Bolero died at only 12 years of age, he was the founding sire of a new B-Line in the 1990s, and produced the stallion Brentano II (Hanoverian Stallion of the Year 2003 and sire of international GP dressage horses Brentina and Barclay II).

Dam:

Byrowans Bali Hi, is a British Riding Pony carrying four lines to the famous Champion sire Bwlch Valentino. Bali Hi was a champion ridden pony who also won her mare grading at the BWBS. She is also the granddam of Wadacre Super Trooper, Champion Stallion at SPSS Licensing 2011 (as he is out of her daughter, Wadacre Watch Me).

Damsire:

Hurstead Spruce is a British Riding Pony by Cusop Disciplin, of the famous Cusop 'D' line that is said to have been synonymous with the very best being a descendent if the line's foundation mare, the part bred Arab, Norwood Delilah.  Disciplin's sire Cusop Flamingo was known to have a wonderful temperament and be an excellent sire of children's ponies.  Flamingo, Destiny and Spruce's damsire, Cusop Petit are all by the famous Bwlch Valentino.

Performance

As a two year old, Wee Pocket Rocket was the Reserve High Scorer of the Dressage section at the Myerscough BEF Futurity gaining a Higher First Premium. Judged by Jennie Loriston-Clarke and Katy Holder-Vale, he gained 10 for his conformation and 9 for his paces.

In February 2012, the 3 year old Wee Pocket Rocket passed the Hannover Pony Verband licensing at Adelheidsdorf.  He was the only stallion at the licensing to be handled by a young child and his kind, gentle temperament is second to none.

Wee Pocket Rocket remained in Germany where he was backed and prepared for his performance test in Oct/Nov 2013.

Offspring/Breeding Advice

2012 was Wee Pocket Rocket's first year at stud and he has sired Premium winning foals in Germany.  He is returning to the UK for the 2014 stud season.

Although bred for dressage Pocket Rocket has a huge jump showing an excellent technique plus with the influence of his TB lines we would expect him to produce elegant ponies for all three disciplines.
