24 Mar 20	COVID 19 Statement While the SPSS Office is currently operating as normal, we are also prepared to do as much business by electronic means as possible. Therefore, if you need to do a change of ownership for your equine and do not want to send in the actual passport at this uncertain time then we are prepared to accept scans of the Transfer of Ownership form, page one of the passport (to prove you have it) and proof of purchase (if the form has not been signed by the seller) sent by email with payment by bank transfer in order to ensure that the SPSS and Defra databases are kept up to date. The passport can then be send in for update once things become more normal. Note that we will acknowledge receipt of all emails, so if you don’t hear back from us please call in case your email has not arrived.
